Shipping Information
After you purchased and paid your product. we will prepare your order for shipping. The freight costs depend on weight and volume of your shipment and are partly charged on your invoice.
Returns:
If you purchased your product from the ML Creation web shop: If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it unopened and unused within 10 days of receipt for credit, refund or exchange.
All defective items may be returned within 1 year of receipt for credit, exchange, refund or replacement.

- ML Creation Company Ltd. products are intended for adults only.
- We cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
- Pleasure objects cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
- Pre-authorisation via email (susanna@mlcreationco.com) or telephone
(+852 2362 2361) is required for all returns and exchanges.
If upon receiving your delivery you find that the box has been damaged or opened, or content is missing, please take a photograph of the packaging with your buying receipt and send the picture to us. Once you inform us and send us the photograph, we will take up the issue directly with our shipping company or express delivery company and pursue compensation.
